Dear Fifth Graders,
Welcome to Fifth Grade! I hope you have enjoyed the first few days in our classroom. Mr. Jennings and I are looking forward to a a great year with all of you!
For your first blog assignment we would like you to rate your first few days of school. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) how have you liked fifth grade so far? Please rate your fifth grade experience thus far and explain in a paragraph why you gave it that rating.

ReplyDeleteThe first few days of school, I have had a good time. I would rate it an 8 because nothing too exciting has happened. I'm excited about starting science because it's my favorite subject and I'm also good at it. I like P.E. because I like to play with my friends.
Deleteso far i like the school i would rate i a 9.I thing you guys are really nice techers .And you guys are teching us very well. The only the i dont like is that for recess we dont get to walk on the grass and we need more recess aqepment i have liked so far of the year and that is my rateing
DeleteFor the first few days of school has been great. I love to draw and we mostly did drawing in our class and fun stuff. If we could do math games or jeopardy for science, social studies, or we can do a mix, but I'm haveing lots of fun. For a number one to ten how much I'm liking fifth grade would be about 9. I thnk it will get to a ten, because were going to rockeagle and other fun stuff like that. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteOn a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate it being 9. I am having really fun doing the projects that we are doing. I like are class and all my frinds in it. The thing I really like is are teachers! That is whi I made it a nine.

give a rating of 1 to 100, I would give 100). The reason i would give a 10 is because
you two are the best teachers ever. This will probably be my favorite year.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate the first two days of 5th grade an "8". I have enjoyed listening to Mr. Jennings read the book, Steal Away Home. I liked exploring through my Social Studies book. I can't wait to learn about the Civil War. I do not like that we have to spend about an hour on every subject. I wonder what we are going to do tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteI am really injoying 5th grade this year. I usually dont enjoy school, but I am enjoying it. If I could rate 5th grade I would rate it 9.
ReplyDeleteI rate it a 8.It's so much fun and i loved all the activitys we have done so far.The reason it is not a ten is because I can not rate it fully without a full week.Today I actually did not mind the math test it wasn't to easy but not to hard.Oh and the cartoon characters were so awesome!It was so fun and I love it!
ReplyDeleteI give this class a nine because the only thing wrong is that the lunches are very... untasty. But I can fix that. All I need to do is pack my lunch. Besides that, this class is perfect!I mean I have everything I want! I have my favorite art teacher, my favorite music teacher, my parents even signed me up for chorus! So instead of giving this class a nine, I give it a ten!
ReplyDeleteI give fifth grade a 7 so fare.I gave it a 7 beacuase I got some of the best teachers.Also I get to come back and see my freinds.And some girls.But what I dont like is all the work so that took off 1 point.But the thing that took off 2 points was homework.I dont like it.But mabey this will be a good year i know it will!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI would give 5th grade (so far) an 8. I gave it that rating because I don't like specials being that early. I like it to be later int he day so we can have a break from school work. Also, lunch is REALLY early! That is when I eat breakfast on the weekends! But I like that I get to go to Mrs. Close's room for LA! I also love being a fifth grader! WE are the head of the school! The thing I love the most is... my teachers! I love having one boy teacher and one girl teacher. What an experience!
ReplyDeleteI rate Findley Oaks a eight. We have not done much, so later it could even be a ten. I have a lot of fun at recess, and in class. We usally learn about cool things.
ReplyDeleteI will rate it an 8 not a 10 because I have to get used to waking up early and dismissal gets crazy with people everywhere. I didn't rate it a 0 because I'm more organized, there is new sod on the play ground, and we are the first to have lunch. It's also easier to know what's going on, to stay organized, and not to get distracted. I have more friends in class and the web site is easy to use. That's why I rated an 8 and I hope it stays that way.
ReplyDeleteI give my first 2 days a ten. I give them a ten because my teachers are nice. They never get mad. I also like that they work togeter and teach relly well. There is no beter fifth grade class.
ReplyDeleteI give Fith Grade a 8 out of 10. I gave it that rating because I love my teachers! The new playground is nice and the food is pretty good. So far what we do is fun, and the rutine is good. But I cant really see the active board from the back of the room. Also, I know you cant change these, but lunch and specials are pretty early. And recesse is to late! So far, I love Fith Grade! - Kate
ReplyDeleteYes this year has been great so far .I rate it 10 stars. My favorite part is the story because it is funny. My other favorite part is drawing the person. I also liked the socil studes because it fun.Also you guy are great teachers. We have and will do a lot in school.I like how we get to put folders so we can feel safe and not like our test are getting looked at.I think it will be a great year.So lets have fun.

I rate these first few days of school a 10. I rate it a 10 because everyone is nice.I like our schedule,and we read interesting books. Also I kinda had fun at recess. The things we learn about are interesting and important. I can't wait to learn about the Civil War.Anyway I'm hoping to have a wonderful year.
ReplyDeleteI would rate my first few days an eight. I think its an eight because my teachers are super nice. Also, I like the way they set up the desks in my classroom. The kids in my class are friendly and kind. The only negative so far is that I have to get up early. I also miss seeing my dog and my mom during the day.
ReplyDeleteI rate the last couple days a 10. I rated the last couple days a 10 because I really like my two new teachers. I think everybody in my class is very nice. I get along with a lot of them. I really like this class so far I hope you guys do to!

The projects and assignments are really fun. I made new friends too. I really like you guys because your very nice and helpful. I think fifth gade is going to be GREAT this year!!!

If I could rate the first two days of school, I would give them an eight. The reason is because I have made a lot of good friends so far. The reason I didn't give them a ten is because I have to get up too early for me. I am also excited to have Ms. Mastronardi and Mr. Jennings as my teachers. I can tell this will be a fun year and that is why I gave it an eight.

ReplyDeleteSo far what I like about my fifth grade class because the class is cool and fun. They listen and we can get a lot of work done. We are talented and sport players, we are also active. My group is nice and they help me out. I will give my fifth grade class an eight.

I give Miss Mastronardi's 5th grade class a 10 star rating. The first two days of school have been great! 5th grade is so fun. I bet it will be the best year yet.

ReplyDeleteI would rate my first couple of days a 10 because fifth grade is fun, especially with my two new teachers. My favorite subject is reading. My least favorite subject is math. One day I hope to be good at math. I really think I'm going to have a great year!
